As a Senior Manager Project Delivery at Rocky Mountaineer, I oversaw Business Analysis, vendor selection and implementation of enterprise level HRIS system.
The rollout included: HR core, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Performance, Benefits, LMS, Recruitment, BI, Compensation, Workforce planning, and Engagement modules.
